Information for copyright holders.
If you are a copyright holder of any kind of works (photos, images ...) and you do not want this information to be shared by users without your consent, we will be glad to assist you by removing the appropriate links.
For this purpose you should send us a letter (in electronic form) which includes the following information:
1. Documentary evidence of your rights for the work protected by copyright:
scanned document with the seal, or email from an official e-mail domain of the company owner, or other contact information, which allows to uniquely identify you as the owner of this work.
2. The text that you wish to place, accompanied by deleted data.
In the text you can specify where and under what conditions you can get information, links to the materials that were removed, as well as your contact information so that users can get all the required information regarding this material from you.
3. Direct links to pages that contain data (images, photos ...), which must be removed.
For example:
http://www.eurogallery.org/details.php?image_id=xxx
or something similar.
Thereafter, within 48 hours, we will delete the data you got interested from the site.
Email can be send to us via the feedback form or you can send an email to inet.sellers@gmail.com (specify in the subject line - "copyright infringement").
NOTE!
a) We reserve the right to publish any information sent to us by mail via the feedback form on the site.
b) We have no control over the actions of users who can re-post content that is the subject of your copyright. Any information on the site, is placed automatically, without any control from any part, which corresponds to the generally accepted world practice of placing information on the Internet. However, we, in any case, consider all your queries regarding the material violating your rights.
c) According to the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, a link to any data (information message) is not, in itself, the subject to copyright law (although it may violate the "site use agreement"). Thus, it is not necessary to send letters containing threats or demands, without having a real reason.
